How do I stop?

Can someone tell me how to stop proofreading? I saw two things in the credits, and one was just a typo, but the other indicated that somebody needed to be beaten with the Apostrophe Stick.If someone ever figures it out, could you tell me how to stop, too? I think it would be healthier for me.
